Holding a Grudge?

We all have held a grudge at one point or are still holding one. It’s that feeling of anger, resentment, bitterness that the second we think of the offense we feel our emotions rise.
Grudges take up valuable space in our heads and lower our energy. Space and energy that we require for things that matter. I call these silent contracts because often the person whom we hold the grudge is unaware.
Grudges don’t hold the other person accountable.
They hold us hostage.
What silent contracts are you holding on to and need to let go of? If you caught my Facebook live last week on my Brave New Ending FaceBook business page, I talk about forgiveness being the key to set yourself free!
